Another Error Message Problem

  • Okay, I’ve done everything that I’m supposed to do…in fact, I’ve successfully set up WordPress on another site, with no problem at all. I am currently trying to install v. 1.7.1 on a new site

    However, every time I try to install it, I get the following error message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_admin() in /home/jlombard/public_html/wordpress/wp-admin/includes/comment.php on line 159

    I’ve tried doing this twice, and get the same error every time. Any suggestions?
