    Hi,

I transfer manually my WP site to another Hosting Provider, but I also transfer the domain, so it is the same.

When I access Jetpack I receive the message:
Jetpack Dashboard was unable to properly communicate with your website

I already see other threads with the same problem, but i still haven’t found a solution for my case.

I also have the 503 error accessing the statistics of Monster Insights.

I already disable all the plugins, and actived one by one but the problem persists.

I use the woocommerce and the Flatsome theme.

Hope you can find or help debugging this problem.

Thank you very much in advance.

    Hi there, @pgomes2000,

I checked the Jetpack connection and I see a problem with the xmlrpc endpoint on your site.

At the moment, the xmlrpc.php for your site isn’t leading anywhere, returning a Not Found page, while it should look like this example:

    https://jetpack.com/xmlrpc.php

Problems accessing xmlrpc could be due to another plugin or a security module on your server. Since you have already tried to deactivate your other plugins I’d recommend contacting your host to see whether they block xmlrpc.

Let me know how that goes and if you need any further assistance.

    Hi @stef,

    The problem is solved.

My host provider didn’t have XML RPC active on my account.

    Thanks for helping.
