I just got this error today:

WordPress database error Unknown column ‘status’ in ‘wpfd_cleantalk_sfw_logs’ for query ALTER TABLE wpfd_cleantalk_sfw_logs
CHANGE status status ENUM(‘PASS_SFW’,’DENY_SFW’,’PASS_SFW__BY_WHITELIST’,’PASS_SFW__BY_COOKIE’,’DENY_ANTICRAWLER’,’PASS_ANTICRAWLER’,’DENY_ANTIFLOOD’,’PASS_ANTIFLOOD’) NOT NULL AFTER ip; made by activate_plugin, include_once(‘/plugins/cleantalk-spam-protect/cleantalk.php’), apbct_update_actions, apbct_run_update_actions, apbct_update_to_5_142_2, apbct_activation__create_tables, QM_DB->query

Also, there are NO SpamFireWall hits on https://cleantalk.org/my/ today. I typically have many per day.

Latest plugin version installed: 5.142.2
PHP 7.3.16
Wordpress 5.4.2
I also have Wordfence 7.4.9 and many other plugins installed.

Hello,

Could you try to deactivate the plugin with “Complete deactivation” option:

1. Enter to the Antispam by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings)

2. Check the last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.

3. Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPress Dashboard.

4. Then activate it.

5. Enter your access key or receive it automatically.

Just performed all steps suggested.

Will let you know if any SpamFireWall hits occur in the next few hours.

Well, 10 hours have passed. NO SpamFireWall hits have registered on my dashboard on https://cleantalk.org/my, which is unusual.

I did the steps you suggested including “Complete deactivation”, deactivating and activating.

Is the SpamFireWall option enabled in the Anti-Spam plugin settings?

WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> SpamFireWall.

Yes, SpamFireWall is checked on the settings page. The Anti-Flood and Anti-Crawler options are un-checked.

I used my “old” access key when I reactivated.

I just saw 5 SpamFireWall hits in my dashboard so the deactivate / reactivate may have worked.
