Another crappy plugin by YITH

  • All their plugins suck. riddled with issues. Compared to what else is out there, these guys are really bad quality. Was forced into this one as there aren’t many free options available. Of course, it’s riddled with problems too, settings are all awkward, incompatibility problems, non-responsive. I can’t believe people pay these guys for plugins.

    Said that, of course we’re very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our plugins. We spend a lot of time and hard work to make beautiful software that people could use in their store to increase conversions and ease shop manager job
    Most of our users are happy with our software, and we try our best to help everyone experiencing problems

    I searched on your history on WordPress, and I couldn’t find any support request opened to our support forum; this is a pity, since we’re very active on helping our community -as you’ve probably seen- and we’d be happy to help with any problem that you may had found with our plugin
