Another Block has encountered an error Error

Hi,

I got the problem that i can’t edit or create new pages using certain blocks because i got an “This Block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed”
This affects existing and new pages all the same.
I tried using my oldest backup from october, same problem…
Running the debugger from firefox i get the following output:

Any help on what i might try?
I already replaced wp-admin and wp-includes with the folders from a fresh wordpress 5.3. No luck
