Anonymous Forms

I have several forms on my website. But there is one that must be 100% anonymous. Since my users must log in to fill out this form, their contact information appears in the metadata of incoming messages. So, it is not 100% anonymous. Is there any way to indicate which Contact Form 7 forms should store Flamingo and which ones should not? Or is there a way to not show metadata in certain forms?
