    Hi there,

I run informationsharing.co.uk as a self hosted www.remarpro.com site, with Jetpack provided by my WordPress.com account (username triplewicky, blog at nicolaunderdown.com). The summary stats are available in the infosharing dashboard, but when I try to view the 2013 site stats report, I get the message “Sorry, this report is only visible to members of this site.” Infosharing also doesn’t appear in my WordPress.com site stats list (though another self hosted site using jetpack does – easi.informationsharing.co.uk).

Any help would be much appreciated, and happy new year! Thanks, Nich

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

You’ll need to log in to the WordPress.com account you used when you connected Jetpack to WordPress.com.

If you forgot your password, you can request a new password by entering your email address here:
    https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

If you forgot the account you used, you can go to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, disconnect from WordPress.com thanks to the button in the top right corner, and reconnect using a WordPress.com account you can log into. As soon as you reconnect, your Jetpack data will be back and you will be able to access that report with that account!

    Hi,
Thanks for the response. I was logged in to wordpress.com when I tried to view my stats report… As I said, another self hosted site appears in the wordpress.com list, but not this one. I’ll have a go at disconnecting & reconnecting my wordpress.com account via jetpack, and report back.
    Thank you!

Thanks – disconnecting and reconnecting the WP.com account has established the jetpack link this time! Thank you!

I received an email from wordpress saying my year in blogging annual report was available from Jetpack. I clicked and got the same message as triplewicky above. I then went to wordpress, and was logged in as another user (another blog of mine), so I logged out, and re-logged in as me. Still no dice. What should I do to gain access to my annual blogging report?
