Annual membership payment error

I tried to buy a lifetime membership for the Astra agency. There was an error during my payment. I paid 699 $ in my account, but I didn’t receive a license key. I sent a support email to them, but they probably don’t check their mail. Did they stop business? I want to cancel my purchase.
