Annual Archive Works, Monthly Does Not

On my blog archives at https://www.artifacting.com/archives/ all of the links to monthly archives go to the home page (redirected). Any archive page that has the month in it (ie https://www.artifacting.com/2016/02/) will redirect to the home page. However, if I have just the year (ie https://www.artifacting.com/2016/) it works just fine.

Can somebody help me fix the monthly archives?
