Annoying Support Us, It's Free message – please stop

Frederick, can you please remove the annoying Support Us, It’s Free! prompt (we notice you been using W3 Total cache for 30 days). It comes up everytime I go to adjust /view W3 Total cache settings. One time is too many. I am starting to transition my sites to WP Super Cache due to this. I understand a “please donate, like or recommend” box on the side which is politely asking, but to takeover the entire wordpress screen with locked on focus of your billboard “look at me, like me” makes me want to do the complete opposite and is basically the same as TYPING IN ALL CAPS on a message board.
I understand this is your plug-in and will do as please. This is just my opinion and can take it for what its worth. Have a great day!
