Annoying popup

I had this plugin deactivated for a few months and never really bothered to enable it again. Today when I wanted to configure it I was interrupted with a annoying popup and couldn’t continue until I gave a review. So here it is. This is really annoying and if I didn’t get this popup and loved the plugin I would have reviewed it, but instead you are getting a 1/5 star rating from me.
