If we have any notifications showing, they can be closed they come with an option to close them. Please share a screenshot of the popup with us that causing issues.
This is really painful to see a 1-star rating for a free plugin that is providing so much value to online store owners.
You already know this is a free plugin and it provides you awesome features to recover abandoned orders, we really appreciate it if you re-consider your ratings and provide 5-star ratings, you can always share suggestions with us to make the plugin better.
