Annoying Permalink Bug after network updates in multisite environment

  • Hi,

    since ages (or better versions) now this has never been resolved. Anytime I do an update to the network of my multisite installation, I do get 404 errors on any blog when clicking on a title of an article. The only thing to get rid of these errors is to go to each blog and to the dashboard choosing the permalink setting and hit save.

    Why isn’t this fixed? Is it a permalink, database update error or a caching problem?

    Please fix it which would save me a lot of time…
