Annoying passwords, trouble creating an account

  • Customers complain that my store woocommerce is user friendly not friendly.
    He wants them as a bank account password. Not right now. The first time they tell them that they have entered a weak password. Then it asks them for capital letters and special characters. 3 people have already called me, unfortunately they have to give up the pleasure of buying in my store.
    I want customers to enter a lowercase password when creating their account.

    The woocommerce business stops working every quarter. It is not possible to shop in it for several days. Shop I got free in the template. There is no technical support for free participants.
    I guarantee that I will not buy any paid services until at least half a year goes without error without customer calls that something goes wrong.

    All I see is that people don’t buy for several days. Then comes the update woocommerce, and they start shopping.
    The store is full of accessibility errors. Many. E.g. some sites are missing a link to log in or a link to send a forgotten password. Well, when adrenaline levels rise, customers are no longer able to try other variants.
    When they receive a new password, there is no login, but registration, so they start to register. The page will get an error message that someone else already has the email. Some customers don’t go that far and give up in the middle. They just say that the eshop is broken and that it is not worth trying.

    Web content accessibility Guadlines WCAG 2.1 applies here in Europe. 100% of prosperous websites follow the rules. European users are used to it. And when they come to my site, they know right away there is something wrong. When the Internet started 20 years ago, there were many unfinished sites that gave unexpected or no response. But at present, users no longer see it. Thus, they automatically consider it a backlog.
