On the black menu bar at the top of the admin menu on my site, it says WPForms and then has the number four in an orange circle.

I have a new WP installation and a new instance of WPForms. I’ve not used it at all. I can’t think what it is trying to bring my attention to or how to clear it.

I’ve clicked on every page/menu option within WPForms and can’t work out how to get rid of it. It is annoying me, like an itch I can’t scratch.

How do I get rid of it.

    Many tks

    David.

  • Hello @dmpub,

    Thanks for contacting us!

It appears that you might be referring to the notifications that we send to our users periodically about the new features that are launched. When you click on the notifications, it should direct you to the main forms page, where you can see all the notifications. However, if you would like not to see them, you can disable from WPForms > Settings > Misc > Hide Announcements . In case it helps, we have a tutorial that you can take a look.

    Thanks!
