Annoying notice to review

The plugin has all the time on each page of the admin area notice asking for a review. It is highly annoying as you try to do other things and the review notice comes loaded a little bit after the whole page and moves everything down.
The worst thing is – there is no button on the notice to allow to ‘dismiss’ or to ‘remind later’
This alone is a deal breaker for me. No testing of the plugin, it goes, now.
You wanted the review – here it is. Sort this out and I will give it a try. Or not.
PS: This is not review of the plugin itself. I did not even tried it.
