  • There isn’t really a way to fix it since the user can visit whatever URL on the site that they want. It is then up to your server to redirect them to the appropriate location based upon the settings you have configured.

    My guess would be that you have removed per request set as your Site Address URL in Settings->General in your WP dashboard. This means that WP will redirect any query to to your site to this URL. So if somebody decides to type removed per request into the browser, your server will redirect them to the HTTPS version as that is what you have set.

    Depending upon which version of your URL you test in GTMetrix you’ll get different results based upon the redirect. Ideally you want all of your traffic to end up on a single version of your URL so having the redirects there aren’t necessarily a bad thing.
