I’m sorry for the inconvenience. If you close the notice, it will go away and never be displayed again.

We display the notice just once after 30 of installing Astra theme, asking if user would mind leaving a us a review. And like I said, it can be closed with a click to never be displayed again.

And this is the only notice Astra displays, dispite being a free theme. No ads, no graphics, no upgrade to pro notices.

We’ve tried to keep the theme as clean as possible.

And oh, if you have Astra Pro: you can completely whitelabel the theme.

It will enable you to rename the theme in anyway you want, and won’t display the one time “review notice” as well.

Sorry, this never goes away even after clearing the cache. Had to install ‘Webcraftic Disable Admin Notices Individually’ to get rid of it.

That sounds like a bug. Is there something on the website that has restricted WordPress Transients?

We use WordPress transients functionality to display the notice just once and not show again when closed.

If you would like to help us debug when this happens and fix it for you and others, please feel free to email us on [email protected] with a link of this forum thread. We will be happy to take a look and make necessary fixes.

    Sorry for the trouble.
