Annoying Ads in WordPress Dashboard

  • I recently updated some plugins and now I’m getting an annoying in on EVERY page in my WordPress dashboard. How do I get rid of it!?

    WordPress itself doesn’t run ads in your Dashboard, it never will, so you’ll have to track down what’s adding them first.

    Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Sixteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere with the Dashboard, like plugins).
