    We are really sorry for any inconvenience caused. Can you please share the issue in more detail so that we can understand it clearly and provide a solution for it?

    We did not find any support tickets by you on our support forum. Yet you have given a 1-star review without even letting us know about the issue which is really unexpected.

    GetGenie should not push any notifications on the dashboard right now. Do you use any other product by WPmet? Please share a screenshot of the banner.

    I hope after resolving the issue you’ll reconsider your rating.
