Thanks for the review, and sorry to hear about the trouble you were having with the feedback request. It is supposed to go away forever as soon as you click either Not Really or Yes. If it isn’t/wasn’t, that means either something is delaying your page load so that the JavaScript that removes that dialog was running before the class that triggers our script was created on your page, or that there is some kind of JavaScript conflict in your WordPress admin that is preventing our script from working at all.
We recently discovered that the former was a possibility in working with another user of the plugin on this issue. We’ve actually included a fix for that as part of the big update we just released. So, if you’re still using the plugin, would you be able to please update to the new version and let me know if this is still an issue for you?
If you think it might be the latter, could you have a look at the console in your browser (https://balsamiq.com/support/faqs/browserconsole/), after having clicked to dismiss our feedback request, and let me know if there are any errors that show there. That could go a long way in helping us figure out if a conflict specific to your admin exists.
