Announcement Box Disappeared

    In the widget, the Announcement area where they scroll disappeared. I went into settings and changed the height, and still the same. If you go to the site you can see what I mean. It was working a couple of days ago just fine, and it is working on my other site okay with the same theme.

    Hi @scottygoodboy ,

    Can you let me know which version of News Announcement Scroll you have active on your site?
    Also, have you changed any setting or updated plugin/theme on your site?

    Version 8.8.7

    I did some updates a couple of weeks ago, but it worked fine after that. It was working last week, I was gone over the weekend and then Monday it was not working.

    I deactivated and removed the plugin, and then reinstalled it and still have the same issue.

    I saw all the announcements and setting were still there, so I will try and find the storage folder for all of the plugin and remove it, and then reinstall and see if that fixes the issue.

    So I am not sure what was wrong. I deleted all of the announcements but one, and it started working again. I added back in all of the announcements that I had deleted and it continued to work.
