annotations not working on homepage

Thanks for the great plugin! Even for a JS beginner like me it’s pretty easy to adapt it to my own needs. However, I can’t get the annotations to work on my homepage. It works in single posts and pages, but I would like to show the annotation as well on my blog homepage.

Do you know a workaround? Thanks a million!
