Animations Stopped Working

Working on an internal work website and elementor was working fine for the animations. I’m on the latest update 2.6.7 and I have disabled and checked the plugins also and nothing seems to work. Is there a debug mode? I do have the following plugins active
Envato elements
Envato MArket
Essential Addons for ElementorThe bottom 3 were always active before the issues started. So im not sure when the animations stopped. Should I revert back to the old plugin? Thanks

Elementor now respects the “reduced motion property” preference that a user may set. If a user has set any of the following, then motion effects will be disabled for that user:
Mac: “System Preferences > Accessibility > Display” and check/un-check the box for “Reduce motion”
iOS: “Settings > General > Accessibility” and turn on/off “Reduce Motion”
Windows 10: “Settings > Ease of Access > Display > Simplify and Personalise Windows” and turn on/off “Show Animations in Windows”
