Animations Not Working – JQuery Problem

    Hi,
    I am using the Newpaper theme.
    My website is : https://www.geekviewed.com
    The animations on my website such as the news ticker, back to top and the sliders are not working. I think it is a JQuery conflict. I have already tried disabling all the plugins but none of them seem to be creating the issue.
    Please suggest what to do.
