Animations not showing.

This is after I made them sarahjustine’s scale to fit.
On the home page there are 2 animations. One in the content section which I can see the space for but nothing comes up. The second one is in the footer. The footer follows through on all of the pages. Neither animation is coming up on any of the pages.
The theme is child them of twenty twelve. I have switched back and forth and nothing has helped.
