Animations not loading properly

  • Not loading properly loading issue with the Envato template, e.g., images and animations not loading properly. Some pages need to reload several times to load properly.

    We apologize in advance for this inconvenience. We have tried it on our side and the problem can be replicated. At this time we have not been able to find what causes this problem to occur, the clue we get is only a script from Elementor that has not been initialized. We’re afraid the issue is coming from the Envato Elements plugin itself, we’ll try to investigate it further and let you know when we find the problem.

    On the Chrome console tab, I see this error code.

    Hello @vjranga,

    We apologize in advance for our delay in responding. We have previously investigated this issue, and apparently, we found that there is a conflict with another plugin. The plugin is Elementor Header & Footer Builder.

    Can we find out which plugins you have activated? You can try deactivating all the non-essential plugins to ensure there is no conflict with the plugins, at least you can leave Elementor (Pro) and Jeg Elementor Kit to activate.

    After we investigate further, if you don’t have any plugin that is causing this error, you can try adding the PHP code in the link below to your functions.php.
