Animation runs twice on load causing a flicker

  • I’m trying out Animate on a website I’m testing and I find it runs twice as the page loads. Take a look at: https://payacademy.co.uk/PA2021/ and you’ll see the fadeup on the welcome text runs twice. How do I stop it doing this?

    Apologies for the delayed reply due to weekend.
    Thanks for using he Animate It!

    I checked the page in question, and the thing is, your page is loading twice. Hence the animation is also happening each time the page loads.

    The reason for this double loading is due to the Cookie plugin being used, and not Animate It!
    You can test it out be disabling the Cookie plugin, and the page loads only once.
    And the animation also happens once.

    The same thing happens once you accept the Cookies, loading is just once after that.
