Animation on infinite scroll

I tried creating an animation (using BatchScroll) for a query loop (post grid in my case) with success, but when enabling infinite scroll, nothing loads after the initial amount (or it loads but without animation).

It works fine when using “simple pagination.” How can I get the animation to run every time it loads more posts for infinite scroll?
