Animation not working

    Hi,

    Seems that jQuery is not loaded (404 – not found).
    Open Chrome developer tools console and see the message:
    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) https://www.buildtest.co.uk/scroll/wp-content/themes/kickstart-wp/js/jquery-1.9.1.min.js?ver=1.11.0.

    I think the correct URL should be:
    https://www.buildtest.co.uk/scroll/wp-content/themes/kickstart/js/jquery-1.9.1.min.js

    Thanks, malihu. There were some enqueued scripts in the theme functions.php file that were blocking this.
