    Did you select Animation Effects option while you created shortcode using shortcode generator.

    Please share your added shortcode.

    Hi Narinder,

    I am using this shortcode: [cool-timeline layout=”default” date-format=” ” icons=”YES” show-posts=”100″]

    I also tried this: [cool-timeline layout=”default” animation=”FadeInOut”], due to the following instructions in the manual:
    Animation = We have only 1 animation effect (FadeInOut) in Cool Timeline free version.

    But that did not help.
    I am using the free version…

    My shortcode is: [cool-timeline layout=”default” animation=”fadeInUp” date-format=” ” icons=”YES” show-posts=”100″]

    Should animation work in the free version?
    Or there is some collision with my template style?
