Animation doesn't work

  • Hello,

    I installed earlier today this plugin and it doesn’t work.

    The actual tool is great – very easy to use, however when I add the shortcode to the page the page displays it just like a normal image without the animation. What am I doing wrong??

    I have WordPress 4.1 version and I also have the latest version of the WordPress Visual Slide Box Builder (1.2.7)

    I need help asap!!
