Animation disappears when navigating away & returning

  • I have gone thru the steps in your FAQ section.

    Running the shortcode in a widget on the front page.

    The animation loads initially. However, when you navigate to another page on the site and return to the home page the navigation does not appear.

    If you hit CTRL+F5 it will appear. (Just F5 does not work). Problem occurs in Chrome, Firefox, IE 11 and on multiple computers/devices.

    Animation should appear above the line that says “Section 4”

    Check the JS console, you got an error there. It is most likely a timing issue between the EA jQuery version and your jquery version that gets included in the footer. The only thing I can suggest as an easy solution is try moving your custom JS up in the header before the EA jQuery and enabling the no conflict mode in Edge Suite, that might work. Having different jquery versions on a site has always been a hassle.
