    I notice that when I entered something in the Email box or select an option from “How can we help” box, the options then jerk open quickly instead of sliding down like your example.

    Is there Javascript confliction? How do I edit it so that when the groups open, they’ll slide down.

    (The Contact form 7 is at the bottom of the page)

    It’s possible you need to go to the CF-settings page and save the settings before this option is activated.

    I’m not sure that I’m following what you mean. Can you show me an example of what I should be looking for, please?
