Animated menu

Hi, i need to create a menu that animates the dropdown so that it appears to be appearing/fading in a downwards motion.

I am using the PrimePress theme and would like to still be able to use the Appearance>>Menus option to to be able to order menu if possible.

if anyone can help or point me in the right direction with this it would be really appreciated.
