Animated images do not play in gallery thumbnails

    I have gallery with the few type of the pictures. I’m trying to add some images which have animation. When I open gallery page all images in gallery looks static, without animation. What I missed ?

    The reason could be in image resizing. If you talk about gif animation after resizing gif stop play animation, in this case you’ll see animated gifs in gallery lightbox.
    Try to change size of the gallery thumbnails to save original size of the images, namely for the case of the images with animation. It’s should help.
