Animated gifs

    In current gallery version you can upload gifs with animation into gallery, but unfortunately animation do not play in grid, but animated gifs play in current version of the lightbox.

    I had strange experience which I wish to share here. I have tried to upload animated gif images into on of my portfolio galleries and on the front end some of the gifs was play animation, some not…. Is it some known issue?

    Yes, I can explain. Gallery will play animated gif files in gallery grid layout in the case if size of the images in grid will be the same as original size of the images. In the case if gallery resize images it’s not gonna play animation in this case.
