    Hello

We have an animated GIF on the sidebar widget and whatever WP Compress mode is active, Live CDN or Local Compression, the gif always loaded correctly.

Now tough, if Live CDN is active, the GIF doesn’t load and pops an unknown image icon with the file name on its place. I deactivated Live CDN, reloaded the page and now its all ok.

Just wanted to let you know about this. May be a bug or something. Its not serious for this site, since we already optimize every image either before upload or with WP Compress anyway.

    Regards

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

This Gif seems to work seems to work but I’d have to see the specific url you’re referring to for the broken one – can you reach out at https://wpcompress.com/support/ and we’ll diagnose and sort it for you right away!

    Hello

The specific URL for the gif image is just the same. Can be seen on any page through the whole site, since its placed in a sidebar that is always visible.

For the bug to happen, I just need to turn on Live CDN. It didn’t use to happen before, or I would have noticed earlier. I placed that GIF soon as we started to build the site.

    Cheers
