    I read in the FAQ section you recommend to use mp4 or webM files instead of animated gif files. Video files have to be clicked to get started an d loose their effective gif animation specially on mobile devices. Can you please recommend an alternate way beside loading videos instead of animated gif?

    Hi @igwebs,

    If you use WebM or MP4 files you should still be able to enable autoplay as long as the sound is disabled.
    One of the changes introduced in browsers (I believe last year) is to restrict videos so you can either have a video with sound that will play on click but if you mute the sounds you can still use autoplay.
    Since GIFs also don’t have sound you can use the autoplay for videos.
