Animate a whole Text Box

  • What I mean is – suppose a site has members – who enter text in a text box – Obviously they cannot be expected to use the shortcode etc – can we have a system to wrap shortcodes around the entire textbox – to be done by Site Admin – so all things get animated.
    A way to put this in the Template files maybe
