    Hi there.
    Is it possible to use this plugin FFmpeg encoding capabilities, in a WordPress installation on an android device running a localhost web server?

    If you can install FFMPEG on Android in a way that gives your web server access to execute it, I don’t see why not. But until just now I had no idea you could run a web server on Android, so I don’t think I’ll be much help in configuring it.
