    Hi,

I have to say that the support has been fantastic and I’m hoping this will be my last question.

When I set up my mobile menu, it look like this on my computer:

But when I then check my andriod phone (no idea what it shows on apple) I get this:

I’ve tried many different settings but it stays the same.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @stanleymog,

Firstly, thanks for using our theme!

I have to say that the support has been fantastic and I’m hoping this will be my last question.

Glad to know you are happy with our support!

But when I then check my andriod phone (no idea what it shows on apple) I get this:

In my tests I can’t see the menu inside the offcanvas sidebar on mobile (when you click on the hamburger button to open the menu): https://snipboard.io/StpIl3.jpg

Please enable the menu in the mobile offcanvas area and message us again, so we can inspect the code to see what’s happening.

However, I couldn’t reproduce the issue in my tests on my local machine. You can also see that the mobile menu it’s working fine in our demo live preview: https://demo.athemes.com/botiga/

Also, it looks like you are running a caching/performance plugin, which is generating that single CSS file. My suggestion for you is disable this plugin while you are developing the website, to avoid caching issues with the changes you make on the website. The best way is enable that kind of caching/performance plugins after you finish the website completely. It’s not a good idea enabling it while developing.

I see that you have the Cloudflare CDN enable in your website domain as well. So for every change you do in the website admin, you also have to clear the CDN caching.

    We hope this helps!

    Kind Regards,

    Rodrigo.

    Hi,

I’m not sure what happened earlier, it was there, I didn’t alter anything and then it was gone!

The only way I can now get the menu to appear on mobile is as the picture below:

    https://imgur.com/LrPj0Wp

If I manage to get the hamburger symbol to appear, then the menu is blank, despite it being set.

I’ve been clearing the cache etc but still not having any luck, any ideas please?

    Thanks

    Hi @stanleymog,

I did a new inspection in your website and now I could see you’ve enabled the “Secondary Menu” for the mobile menu. Instead of it, you have to enable the “Off-canvas Menu” inside the mobile menu offcanvas area. Also, make sure you have the “Menu Toggle” component added (the hamburger button on mobile). Please see my screenshot for reference: https://snipboard.io/kmoVje.jpg

Change your settings like above and your mobile menu will render correctly.

Please try that and let us know how it goes.

    Kind Regards,

    Rodrigo.

I think I have followed everything:

The problem I am having now is that it produces the below menu:

If I have it set on ‘Inline’ it gives a blank menu.

    Thanks

    Hi @stanleymog,

I did a new inspection in your website now and it looks like you resolved the issue, right? Here’s a screenshot from what I am seeing from your website mobile menu: https://snipboard.io/7g6V4z.jpg

Let us know if you need further help on this.

    Best Regards,

    Rodrigo.
