    Hey, running Vidrack 1.7.3, iOS, Mac OS X, Windows all work fine front to back.

    Android’s having issues. Maybe our setup?

    We’ve had several Android devices not able to upload.

    Last night tested recording – worked. Submitted – got full 100%, then it errored out, said AJAX error.

    Just tried again recording and uploading on an iPhone, no problem.

    Known issue, our setup, other?

    Hey sometimes an Ajax error is caused by a connectivity issue. Also older devices, old mobile operating systems and strange browsers can cause issues. Please read https://vidrack.com/fix
