android app

the official wordpress android app will not connect to the sight and jetpack will not connect to the jetpack plug-in. i think it’s all related via the xmlrpc However my provider insists it’s not their issue to deal with… can you point me in the right direction. if you would like some more info, ask and i shall provide.
