Okay, I managed to find a theme that works for me, the only thing is that when I am in my dashboard (2.5)it says that the theme has been installed but there are errors – a missing template file. Please don’t say re-install because I will scream!!! I have done that qute a few times – I have also tried the later version of andreas09 (-16) but that didn’t really work for me – I couldn’t really deciper the code – it might be good for others but not for me at the moment. I did have one thought, will it have an effect if the files are.html rather than .php, and can I easily convert the files by putting <?php– at the top of each file?

    I have added files
    404.html
    search.html
    page.html
    page.php

  • Where did you get your theme from?

The original andreas09 theme is not a WordPress theme. It is a basic xhtml (i.e. static) template. There is a theme named wp-andreas09.

Is that what you are using? If so, can you post screenshots of your blog’s folder structure. E.g., the “/wp-content/themes/” folder and every folder inside it?

It was an issue with my folder structure and the links for it. Thanks, its sorted out now.
