• WP Community,

I recently tried to set anchors in my Footer and Header, which link to specific Gravity Forms on a page, which are part of a tabbed-structure.

When I visit the website from my computer, the footer links correctly, as << //..opportunities#view2 >>(or 1, 3, 4, etc). However, it doesn’t seem to be working from anyone else’s computer as of now. I’ve tried clearing various local and network caches, but nothing seems to fix my problem.

Here is a link to my site . Please note the links on the bottom right under “Opportunities”, and the links under the navigation, indicating to “Begin Saving”, or “Become a Vendor”.

Here are some things I think might be causing this, but I’m hesitant to change any of it immediately for fear of breaking something:

    1) Out of date Java and/or JQuery being loaded
    2) …#view2 code is being broken by the tab structure
    3) …#view2 code is being broken by the theme
    4) Visiting computers do not enable Java/JQuery, so the link, despite being coded to point to ..opportunities#view2 , are disregarding everything past the ‘ # ‘

Can anyone give me some pointers here? I don’t want to spend 10 hours trouble shooting this, and was hoping someone might be able to spot the issue much more quickly than I can.

Thanks for any help, see specs below:

    Host: WpEngine
(Its working on all browsers on my computer- Safari, Firefox, Chrome)
    I’ve cleared WPEngine cache already
This is (I believe) a highly customized Theme Template. I don’t really have experience with TwentyTen or TwentyEleven Templates – we hired a firm to build this and this is pretty much all I know WordPress to be ??
