Anchors are assigned wrong numbers

Hello,

I have used CM Table Of Contents on articles with great success. Today I am setting a table of contents on a page. It looks fine but links in the table of contents do not redirect to the h2 headers.

I noticed that the numberings of cmtoc_anchor_ids is incorrect. For instance, in the table of contents numberings go 0 to 5, which is normal, but then in the anchors of h2 headers they start with 6…?which explains they are unreachable. I have never seen this on posts. Is this a problem with pages? It is a problem anyway…
