Anchor text within other page

  • Hi,
    I am using Nevada wp theme. main page contains read more links(used anchor text) which opens in Features page. Features page is having tabs. I want to highlight the specific tab when read more links gets clicked with tab names.
    Please help me. Any help would be appreciated..!!
