Anchor tag does not work properly

Hi
Im using anchor tags on this page to jum to the various sections. The drop down menu “workshops” links to the various sections on the page:
https://www.tyme.co.za/workshops/
These work perfectly.
HOWEVER,
when you link to those sections from another page it does not jump to the correct spot:
try this link you will see:
https://www.tyme.co.za/workshops/#unplugged-sessions
How can I fix this bug?
