anchor option

Hi, great plugin, really appreciate the “anchor” option, but there’s a couple of points that would make it even better.
1. It shouldn’t be case sensitive – I think urls normally default to lowercase.
2. Be nice if the anchor appeared as part of the url when you click a tab (with an anchor).
